Who is Joe Pine?
His book influenced all global businesses, thought leaders, and practitioners and how we perceive products, services, and experiences in our days. The Experience Economy was probably the most impactful book related to customer experience and design around the globe.
The acclaimed author, speaker, and management advisor to Fortune 500 companies and entrepreneurial start-ups. He is co-founder of Strategic Horizons LLP and the Author of the Experience Economy. Published in fifteen languages and named one of the 100 best business books of all time.
Horizons LLP is a thinking studio dedicated to helping businesses conceive and design new ways of adding value to their economic offerings.
This book, in several senses, influenced several generations of leaders and executives that today focus, lead and work with CX.
